On the 23rd of February, the Investment Committee (IC) came together to review the advisory algorithm parameters, with consolidated collective market views and outlook for the next quarter.
In summary, the limit parameters for the algorithm remains the same, as the trend remains unchanged with regards to positive economic recovery, and monetary and fiscal stimulus is still intact. Based on the latest market data, the algorithm recommendations are shifting towards a lower equity location of around 3-8% across the different risk category portfolios.
The IC has revised its current outlook for China and EM equities, deviating from positive towards a more neutral stance, from the past month’s performance. Top ETFs remained dominated by the ARK complex and ETFs in the renewable energy space.
